Order processing time: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time in the United States.
Standard delivery: After the courier picks up the package,
5 working days (for the US warehouse) or
14 working days (for the Asia-Pacific warehouse)
will elapse before delivery.
The chosen carriers: Shicuan, United Parcel Service, DHL and FedEx.
If there is any problem with your order, please send an email to support@caliente.xin to receive the fastest response.
If the courier company returns the order due to reasons such as unpaid duties, delayed payment, or cancellation of the order after shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods to our warehouse, plus an additional $30 for re-stocking.
Please make sure to send the goods to a safe location. Once the delivery confirmation is received, we will not offer a refund or re-delivery.
In order to meet the high demand of the market and ensure the stable supply of our products, we currently ship from the warehouses in the Asia-Pacific region.
Coronavirus prevention and control measures: All delivery services are proceeding as usual. Our logistics partners and courier partners have taken additional preventive measures to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe working environment. All packages have been wiped with disinfectant, and all handlers are wearing masks and gloves.
Currently, we accept orders from both American customers and international residents.
During special circumstances such as holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics and strikes, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that if there is a delay in shipment due to virus prevention measures (such as border closures in various countries or suspension of international freight), we will not offer a refund and will not be held responsible. Our top priority is to ensure that the packages are delivered on time.

Transportation Restrictions
Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to deliver certain products to some areas of the United States. These areas include the U.S. territory, Alaska, Hawaii, protectorates, post offices, military facilities (APO/FPO addresses), and diplomatic missions (DPO addresses).
